Field Marketing Manager

K&P Remodeling, an exclusive partner of The Home Depot, is looking for a driven, experienced salespeople to join our company in a management position. Unlike other positions, our field marketing manager will be responsible for leading a team of in-store promoters who are tasked with generating qualified leads for our services! Field Marketing Managers are an integral part of our sales processes, and will be compensated with a base salary, plus performance bonuses based on team results.

Responsibilities

• Grow & lead a team of results driven associates to meet goals on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Train & onboard new team members using our proven processes
• Make educated staffing decisions based on individual performance

Experience Requirements

• Leadership experience is required
• Customer service experience is required
• Ability to work some weekends

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
